Almost adults who are ready for anything and they’re really excited for life– that’s the market to tap! I photographed another of these wonderful seniors recently and although nature is still waking up and brown it was wonderful to be outside on one of the warmest days we’d had so far this year.
Hannah is studying Emergency Management at Western Illinois University and has a great future ahead of her. Her internship is all lined up for the summer and with her outgoing personality I’m sure it won’t be long for her to get snatched up! We started our session in my studio, which I’m so glad we did, the wind was whipping us around outside! As you can see from her images she’s on the dance line of the Marching Leathernecks so I immediately felt a kinship with her (not the dance line part, the marching band part). She had always wanted to have some “glamour portraits” done so I had her ham it up for my camera. Her beautiful blue eyes completely popped out from my gray backdrop.
We then went around town and she, being a crazy almost adult wanted to get into the lake with her dress on. It’s late March, I don’t even want to know what the temp of that water was! Hannah and I laughed and chatted and chatted and laughed and we got some amazing images of her in the process. The wind even worked to our advantage most of the time!
